Arthur Forcione leads Product and Growth at Amrak Solutions, where he is building Passion+ Media into an advertising platform that helps businesses find their audience and turn a campaign idea into action.

His route into advertising began with his own music. As an independent artist running Jo Peppa Records, Arthur learned to promote his work through Spotify, Meta, and Google Ads. Finding listeners meant learning ad platforms alongside making music and running a business. That experience sparked his interest in making advertising easier to understand and use.

At the University of Chicago, he double-majored in Economics and Theater and Performance Studies, combining his interests in human behavior, analytical thinking, and creativity.

He joined Amrak through research into U.S. soccer growth and the potential impact of the 2026 World Cup. His findings helped inform Capitanes del Futuro, Amrak's partnership with Procter & Gamble and Major League Soccer introducing young people in underserved U.S. Hispanic communities to careers through soccer. As a Strategic Planner, he helped shape the program and other P&G initiatives.

From strategy to building

With VOZ Media, Arthur moved into building new revenue streams for the publisher. He connected VOZ to Magnite and set up Google Ad Manager to monetize display, video, and its app, then developed VOZ Mercado and VOZ Salud to expand into commerce and health services. Mercado offered its audience a curated selection of quality, affordable goods to help with the rising cost of living; Salud connected them with affordable health services through LaaSy Health.

Today, he builds Passion+'s self-serve Wizard and the systems for campaign delivery, reporting, and partner integrations. He connects advertising and audience technology from partners such as Magnite and LiveRamp, and operates campaigns himself. Working directly with the tools and the people using them shapes what he builds next.

Through the Wizard, he is turning the team's advertising expertise and audience research into practical guidance on whom to reach, which formats to use, and what a budget can buy. He shares that work through articles and videos that make programmatic advertising easier to understand. The goal comes back to his own experience: helping people find their audience and giving them more time to build the business they care about.
